Tour guide was engaged. Made sure all was involved. The walk-in tour was excellent. He explained the history and the culture very well and answered all our questions.

We had a short time to see Phoenix and this was the perfect way to do it. Our guide, Jake, was excellent. He was very knowledgeable about the area and we saw some really cool things. I would definitely go back to Phoenix to explore these areas more in depth and I would use Pictours again.

Mike was a wonderful guide. He gave specific details of where to meet and, what I enjoyed most--tidbits about his life growing-up in Phoenix. He also anticipated restroom breaks and gave us water, which was much needed in the unaccustomed dry weather. The actual tour was informative and historical. I enjoyed seeing the different neighborhoods, buildings, and monuments.
