First of all, our tour guide, Kevin, was excellent. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous, but he is sense of humor added to our enjoyment of the tour. Second, we had no idea how we were going to see everything in St. Augustine, but when my wife saw the Old Town Trolley Tours sign, we decided to try it and it made all the difference. It was a great way to see all the sites we wanted but also learn a huge amount about the city's history, points of interest, and other trivia. We will doing it again next time we visit.

"The preacher" was our driver. This is our second time using this service. The first time around we did several routes. The "preacher" was by far the best narrator we've ever had. The whole ride was very pleasant and the tram was full.. several stops we could not pick-up anymore passengers. Our driver was even polite to them and called for back up at a few of the stop. Thanks Preacher for making our day...

Open air. Relevant commentary. One trolley needed better speakers installed. Made the mistake of riding the trolly all the way through which waits alot of time unless thats all you want to do. Recommend researching the trolly route, deciding the priorities and get off at the first site you want to see. By the end of the day you will complete the route but actually see more.
