This was a great tour learning about history of St. Augustine while riding around the city. The hop on and off feature was very convenient. The driver did a great job driving and narrating. I would definitely recommend.

Please make sure the guides are legible. Don't know if Dante had the microphone too close but 75% of his dialogue was garbled. And of the other 25% all I heard was, "good boy, that's a good boy", or "Look at those two good boys over there". He w Chocolate factory (Please read that reiew to save yourself some grief)as referring to dogs being walked. I would have loved to learn about the HISTORY of St. Augustine and it seemed that he had a lot to say but it was garbled. We hopped off to have lunch and take a tour of the Whetstone Chocolate factory (read that review to save yourself some grief) and to our misfortune when we hopped back on the first trolley it was Dante again. Please shoot me now!

Getting the tickets was easy. Unfortunately, the experience stressed the commercial aspect vs. the historical story. The trolley itself was comfortable and most of the operators did a good job. We just expected more history, not a touristy experience.
