The musical was great. But the seating was poor. Could not see all the characters in all positions. Also, the ticket price at the theatre was about 30 less than what I paid to Viator. Will recommend the musical, but not sure if I'd recommend buying the tickets through Viator.

We went to see Phantom of the Opera which was superb then Aladdin the following night both of which were booked through Viator. The seats for Aladdin were appalling! After such a positive experience the night before we were so disappointed to find that we were seated in the front row with our knees hard up against the staging and we were right in the corner with the theatre wall next to my seat. Our view of the stage was so distorted that we could not see the dancers' feet for most of the show and this was not helped by the fact that dry ice was pumped directly into our faces from behind the curtain on numerous occasions. It is interesting to note that despite my contacting Viator several times, none of my comments have been published and no action has been taken. The seats for Aladdin were very expensive and were certainly not Premium seats as advertised!
