Pleasant but... duration 5h25 not 6h! Before leaving asks me 86$ us for free before even leaving!! 123 Canadian dollars when the day already cost me 1179$ for 5 people 2 adults 3 children. Like a 12-hour day at Disney World... Things to do were all done but quickly done. The parasol is 8 minutes in total with takeoff and return can be 30 seconds at max height! The jet ski 20 minutes and we circle no freedom to go in a straight line. The banana boat was nice and so were the inflatable games. We kayak and snorkel but we saw zero key west fish not famous for snorkeling!! On the other hand, the crew was super nice and caring. So, nice but I would have taken more for the Award!
