What To Expect

Everglades Safari Park

Take a luxury bus ride from Miami to Everglades National Park. There, you'll take a 30-minute airboat ride deep into the wetlands. After the ride, you'll want an alligator show and have some time to eat and explore the Park by foot. Food and snacks are available for sale. Remember to ask us for free bottled water, sunscreen, mosquito repellent, and kids safety ear muffs for the boat ride.

They are deceiving the tourists. Their tour description on Expedia.com is often deceptive. Don't be cheated.

Dear Sanjiv, I'm sorry you felt misled. We lowered the price of the tour $30 to save you money and changed the name to Safari Park Transportation to avoid any confusion the ticket was not included. The website description also states the entrance tickets are not included as do the email confirmations. The reason the tickets are no longer included is the park raised their prices 150% in the past year. Websites such as Expedia and Tripadvisor add an additional 30% commission. We feel it would be wrong to pass all these additional costs onto our customers. The best solution we could find was to ask the customer to purchase the tickets themselves so they were not gouged with unnecessary costs.

The tour was cancelled 38 minutes before out pickup, so the experience was a disaster. They said they sent an email days earlier but we received none. We are supposed to get a refund.

The tour was great in any way, both transport from Miami and boat trip in the Everglades. We made a mistake with the online booking (selected wrong date) and sent an email when we realized it, the company did everything needed to solve the problem. Many thanks.
