This experience was simply superb! The personal attention we received from both Liz and Matthew made us feel like we were part of the family. As dog lovers, we considered a number of places to visit, but chose this one because it looked and sounded more intimate. It was fantastic!

My wife and I went on a dog sledding adventure with Alaskan Husky Adventures, as part of our 25th anniversary trip to Alaska. The entire experience was amazing. The staff were friendly, answered all of our touristy questions and gave a wonderful tour...they also suggested driving up Hatcher Pass, which was stunningly beautiful. The dogs were a blast and were ready for head scratches, belly rubs and provided numerous kisses. Riding the sled was peaceful and exciting at the same time and felt like we were doing something primal/ancient. If we ever return to Alaska, we will definitely be going on another tour with Alaskan Husky Adventures and I recommend them to everyone.

We learned so much about the race and the dogs. The dogs were so sweet and happy. Mathew thrilled us with race stories and race strategies. The day was beautiful as was the landscape. We all got to take turns at standing and sitting spots and even did steering and breaking. It was a fabulous drive from Anchorage with great views. I highly recommend this and our teens said this is the thrill of the vacation. Thanks!
