Boat broke down and on Friday they canceled all the weekend tours. They sent an email with a number to call to get a refund

Hi Patricia, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Our boat did not break down; as new owners we needed to update paperwork to comply with regulations and needed to close to work this through. We are fully compliant and look forward to seeing you come back. Thanks!

This is my 7th time doing this tour (I live locally but had friends in visiting) it was just amazing! We saw many dolphins and the ice cream was an added bonus!

I came back , I stay near Orlando. Been riding this boat for years with mate Ali . He always so fun , great personality. Fantastic hospitality!! Ali my favorite!!
