We went on the noon tour. Super easy check in. Booking information says to get there by 11, we did not get there until 1130 and did not have to actually get to our dock until 1155. Check in was super easy, took about a minute. We then walked around a few stores in John’s Pass prior to boarding. If it’s a busier day, it might be harder to find parking, but we were able to find a spot. The crew were great. The captain was funny and kind. Can’t remember his first mate, but she was great. She was very knowledgeable about dolphins, as she had worked at Marine Quest, I think, with the dolphins as a trainer for years. You can tell they really care about dolphins. They also had a book on board with lots of interesting pictures of different dolphins and many stories. And, of course, the highlight was that we saw a lot of dolphins. We saw two, three, four, five swimming about multiple times. I would say we probably had at least 100 sightings, some very close to the boat. Then we toured around some of the mansions along the water, not as interesting to me, but my kids like looking at the amazing homes. We went with our 15 year old, and two 18-year-olds. They also really liked it, and took lots of pictures and videos to share with their friends, so it must’ve been pretty impressive.
