This trip was the highlight of my day in Galveston. The crew was lots of fun and they definitely knew where to find dolphins. We saw so many dolphins as well as lots of pelicans. I even saw a dolphin totally airborne, which I didn’t even know was possible. We went on the 3:30 time slot. They were good sailors as well maneuvering by a Carnival ship leaving the harbor as well as a ferry

We scheduled a tour thru the Island pass. Which was super easy and convenient. However we were not able to go because of the weather. The office was very disorganized. We called to find out if the boat was still running that day, they didn't know. 15 minutes later they called us to tell us the weather was bad and they were canceling. She told me 4 times the weather was bad,- um yes we know what the weather is like, we are in town. An hour later the boat capt call us to tell us we wouldnt be able to go because of the weather. Then 10 minutes after that the office lady called to tell us again that the weather was bad and our trip was canceled. We were offered one option for rescheduling, we could not do that da and time because it was after we went home. Then I was told that they could not refund because we booked thru the island pads, they were not at all helpful (Island pass did refund us). We had 5 disappointed kids, as this was the one thing they really wanted to do on our vacation. This review is based solely on phone interactions and online booking with the company.

Thank you for your feedback. We try our hardest to make everyone happy, the last thing we want to do is upset children. Hopefully next time you come back to Galveston the weather works out better for you.

The boat is a nice size, but there are no bathrooms on it. Other than that, the staff was friendly and we saw dolphins before we left the harbor! Over all, it was a relaxing boat ride.I will be doing this again the next time I'm in town.
