Destin Harbor

Ride through the gorgeous waters of the world famous Destin Harbor. Sail through East Pass and enter the Gulf of Mexico, admiring the stunning views as you go. Along the way, be on the lookout for sea life. Search for friendly dolphins, giant sharks, gliding sting rays, and loggerhead turtles. Circle Crab Island and get the chance to get close to amazing creatures of the sea. Sail back to the Destin Harbor and dock after a thrilling cruise.

It was fun. It could have been longer. It seemed we waited for a family to come. They were late and we left later than our schedule time.

We loved this tour because it was a small (but fast) boat and it could get around quickly. We got to see 1 juvenile dolphin that came up to the boat and followed in the wake right next to us for a few minutes. It was a rainy day so I was concerned we wouldn't see any but they still found one. Also the speed boat ride was super fun even on its own. The captain was friendly and had lots of fun things to keep us engaged. The tour operator always answered the phone and coordinated with us well when the rain delayed the tour. We would do this one again for sure.

Finding the location for the trip was a bit tricky as proper directions were not provided. However, the actual boat ride was a blast! The operator was well versed and knew the waters well and the guide found dolphins pretty quickly out in the Gulf. Fun for the whole family. Only warning, if you get seasick take some medicine before you go, the waters are pretty choppy. Very fun activity!

I would recommend next time booking directly through our website or calling to book. Some days the water can be more choppy than others. It all depends on the conditions and we had recently had the storm brewing out in the gulf. Overall we are glad you had a great time and hope you make plans to book with us again.
