Destin Harbor

Ride through the gorgeous waters of the world famous Destin Harbor. Sail through East Pass and enter the Gulf of Mexico, admiring the stunning views as you go. Along the way, be on the lookout for sea life. Search for friendly dolphins, giant sharks, gliding sting rays, and loggerhead turtles. Circle Crab Island and get the chance to get close to amazing creatures of the sea. Sail back to the Destin Harbor and dock after a thrilling cruise.

We are from out of town and travel to Destin every year. I purchased 10 adult tickets to try something new with my family. There is a lot of road work going on right now the traffic is very bad and the owners knows this. I didn’t expect it to take 40 min. To travel 6 mi. We were 5 min. Late and I was on the phone with them and they didn’t hold the boat for 5 min. They also refused to schedule us another tour or refund any money. Nowhere does it say to arrive 30 min early. I spent almost $400. On this and got absolutely nothing.

Hello Dwayne, I am sorry you were unable to make the 4pm trip that you were scheduled for. Unfortunately, we are unable to hold the boat for thirty minutes. You called to tell us you would not be arriving until 4:15 and asked if we could hold the boat. We stated at that time the Captain would wait as long as he could, but, this was a ticket sale boat not a private tour. There were other passengers on board. You didn't arrive until 4:20 to the kiosk. The boat waited for you guys as long as they could, but remember, we have people that arrive before check in that are on time,that are also from out of town. We start boarding the boat five minutes before the hour. Our policy is no refund for being late and missing the boat. The traffic is bad on a daily basis as I am sure you know this from driving in it the entire week you were here. You mentioned that it was your last day, and even though you missed the boat, we tried to take you guys out on a sunset/dolphin cruise in our other two boats. We were willing to take two extra boats out and pay extra labor and fuel out of the kindness of our hearts. You guys refused our offer due to having to split up in two parties. Our ultimate goal is to get people on the boats so that they can have a fun time and a great memory that will last forever.

We initially booked a cruise for a Monday afternoon, but when we arrived, we were informed that something broke on the boat and couldn’t go out again. We rebooked with absolutely NO problems for Wednesday morning. The rebooking and check in was extremely easy and everyone was very nice. Joe, the Captain, was professional, funny, and easy going. The deckhands were equally nice and helpful. We saw no less than 10 dolphins in 3 different spots, a sea turtle, and 1 shark. My grandkids thought the whole trip was awesome as they really enjoyed the experience. My wife and I loved seeing them have fun with the guys on the boat and we really enjoyed the small group setting Screaming Eagle offer. This tour was worth every penny and we will definitely come back the next time we vacation in Destin. Don’t miss this Dolphin sight-seeing excursion.

Saw more dolphins than we could count. When he gave the grandkids the wheel it was a real treat. Great fun for all.
