This whale watch was very well run and the crew was extremely gregarious and engaging. They were so fun, especially Melissa and Vanessa, who were friendly and willing to speak with us at length! Also amazing was the fact that we had an Orca sighting (pod of 6) on our cruise. What a treat! Thanks for a great afternoon.

I would have rated it higher, though we only go to see the back of a humpback whale. The naturalist was great though we wish she would not listen to people on the boat stating they had sightings, and follow their own instincts. We wasted 34 mins in an area where the person next to us stays ahead saw a spout and nothing happened.

Made customers wait in line twice( not very thoughtful and steals customers time too).. First one hour before tour leaves to check in. then we needed to wait in a different line for a whole hour (standing ! ) to board the boat. Also even tried to sell priority tickets to board the boat - which gets you on board 5 minutes earlier šŸ˜‚. On the other hand accepts latecomers running to the boat the minute it wants to depart .. And then also offered pictures taking while on tour for another $20. Total rip-off! Never experienced anything like that before anywhere else.
