We paid $550 for nothing! The lady that did the tour was brand new apparently. Had her son with her and we didn’t get to go shelling, see manatees and the dolphins we saw were ones my mom pointed out. Then she was so worried about getting her own pictures that she didn’t navigate the boat for my family to enjoy them. We did “sight seeing” instead of shelling. I wouldn’t have been as upset about the experience but I literally booked the experience 4 days in advance and asked specifically when would be the best time to go out and they said 3:00pm. We got in the boat and she said the manatees came in the morning. Ugh!!! My husband asked about the shelling experience and she said oh, it’s back there. I’m not sure what happened here but I would have never paid $550 for this! Very disappointing!
