Everything was good except the food. We saw dolphins and many fishes ! It was nice swimming in the ocean!

We have multiple complimentary bento options (fish, chicken and veggie), and have adjusted the menu a few times due to customer feedback. We've had many compliments with the current menu. We randomly came across a lovely gentleman by Waikiki beach who was standing behind a booth selling boat rides and cruises. His first recommendation to a sunset cruise was Dolphins and You. This cruise did not disappoint! We were a party of 6 ladies- the staff at Dolphins and You were super nice and accommodating. They smile and ask if you need anything, they are very complimenting too. I could tell that they definitely love what they do. We had a birthday for one of the girls and came with a cake on board. We forgot to bring some disposable cutlery and the staff did their magic and provided some given that they serve only drinks. The music was all so good. We even requested the DJ to play some birthday music which he did. If you are in Hawaii, make your booking... the boat is spacious and you can either hang out on the lower deck or top the top one- or even both!! We shall be sailing with them again when we visit the island again. :)

The trip to the destination point was very long, then trip to find the dolphins was also very long. We did find a small pod of 4 dolphins who swam alongside the boat. When we began the swim experience, we saw no dolphins and very little sea life. We paid $79 in advance for photos that were supposed to be taken of us in and out of the water (we were given special arm bands for the photographer to identify us), but we ended up with only 8 unique photos of us, none of which were in the water, and two of which my husband actually requested, or we would not have gotten. We were directed to a website where we could download “all” photos which were pictures of strangers, other trips, and even one with someone vomiting in the background. Do not waste your money on this. You will be disappointed if you like snorkeling, want to see sea life, and are looking for any dolphin interaction. If you do decide to go on this excursion. Don’t purchase the pre-photo package as it is rip-off

Aloha, Thank you for your feedback regarding our dolphin tour. We understand that the journey to the west side of the island can be long, but it is also the best location to spot dolphins. We equip our buses to make this journey as comfortable as possible for our guests. Our captains always do their best to find the most active snorkel spot for guests. Unfortunately, the unpredictability of ocean conditions and presence of wildlife lead every snorkel experience to vary. Due to NOAA regulations we are no longer able to swim with dolphins, which is why we find viewing them from the boat is the best alternative for guests. Our professional photographers work to capture exciting moments for every guest on the tour. That being said, we are sorry that your photo package did not meet your expectations. Our photographers do their best to get high quality photos and videos of our guests both in and out of the water.
