Liam was our tour guide and he was great! We learned a lot about the city while we ate some very tasty donuts! We had gorgeous weather and a fun group. It was more of a walking history tour with donuts as a treat. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to discover Portland!

Not exactly what we were expecting. Informative history tour of Old Port. We only stuck around for one donut stop. Never stepped into the shop and were only given a taste of a few flavors. If you want a history tour and not never a culinary tour then this is the tour for you. :)

Cindy, we’re sorry to hear your expectations were not met. With your dropping off at stop 1 of 3, it appears we were not given a chance to provide you with the experience you signed up for. You are correct that we do not often tour inside the shops, but instead take our samples to enjoy in scenic/historic locations along the tour. Had you continued along with us for the full tour, we do discuss the distinct differences between the 3 shops’ donut styles as well as the evolution of styles throughout American history. We do sample 2 flavors at each of 3 shops, and have found guests are quite full of donuts by the commencement of the tour, while also offering the option to take more donuts home. We will explore our marketing further to assure others’ expectations are met, though this is the first 2 star review we’ve received over hundreds of guests since May ‘22.

The tid bits of history and trivia of Portland. Liam’s light hearted humor and interactions with all group members. The tour was fun, entertaining, and informative. Would definitely recommend and encourage others to go.
