Door County Day Trips

Overview
This tour is different from other Door County Tours because we offer a comprehensive tour of the county in a one full day trip rather than offering a multitude of smaller tours that only see a small portion of Door County at a time. We offer a box lunch and our vehicle is smaller and carries a third of the travelers that our competitors do, so our tour is more personal. Our vehicle is a late model luxury van which is black in color with privacy glass, raised roof, extended length, and leather seats for everyone. Lots of room, a luxury environment, local guides, personal attention, and customized tours based on group interests. Finally, we pick you up and drop you off. This way you can have a glass of wine and a drink at the distillery without worrying about how you will get back to your lodge.

We enjoyed touring so much of Door County in one day. The van was clean and very comfortable. Dave, our guide, was friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and relaxed, not rushed. He wanted us to have the best experience possible. We saw and learned so much from Sturgeon Bay to ferry pickup for Washington Island. We stopped at shops featuring: coffee, candy, wine, gifts, and parks and lookouts with spectacular views. Our first visit to Door County and we loved learning and seeing so much. Dave also provided a delicious box lunch. Thank you Dave, for a wonderful day!

Dave catered our day trip so our parents, nearing age 90, would see and participate , all the sights and activities appropriate to our group. In a few words, fun, informative, tasty ( great lunch) and very comfortable. We were able to plan the rest of our week based upon the day trip. Highly recommend as a trip starter!

Our tour of the peninsula was special. The hotel pickup was convenient. Owner Dave is a genuine guy, a good communicator and was full of interesting stories and observations all along the tour. Lunch was excellent. His selection of stops gave our group a great overview of the many attractions Door County has to offer. Highly recommended, for sure!
