The flight was gorgeous. This was the first time I was on a helicopter and I had no idea the headphones were more than to block out the noise. Mine didn’t work so I didn’t hear the music or commentary. This should be checked before you take off. Other than that it was amazing. It was a perfect day and the pilot was a pro. The only reason this is 4 stars is because I couldn’t hear anything, I’ll have to see it on the video we purchased.

I am so sorry about that! I wish you would have let the dispatch or pilot know and we could have tried to switch it out or make sure it was correctly plugged in! Thankfully the video does include the narration and music so you should be able to hear what you missed when watching the video. Thank you again for joining us!

The entire experience was easy going and the staff was very helpful. They kept the flow running very smoothly and professionally. The pilot was great and the overall flight was breathtaking.
