We'll i guess we were there not in peak season the buses ran every 45 min v/s every 10....if i would have known i wouldnt probably have used this service. First time ever had issues with hop on hop off

Tour guide is fine, knowledgeable and did a good job. Other than that the whole service and everything else is just minimum - e.g we selected audio device when booking on Viator but it was not provided

The tour guide narrations were politically charged and geared towards mocking history. On vacation, trying to relax and enjoy the sights with kids, not listen to someone state that most US history is false and explain why Betsy Ross was a “loose” woman. I Actually got off at a stop and just started ubering around the city.
