This app was not user friendly at all. It was not clear at all where to begin the tour. When you hit start it just began talking about things not near you. It would be helpful if in writing they said start at this street/that street. It was a waste of time and money for us. We have used Viator for years in 10 countries and this has been one of our only disappointments.
