Franklin did a wonderful job accommodating my needs. He gave me his charger to charge my phone. The only thing that needs to improve is the punctuality. Franklin’s was 15 minutes late picking me up from the hotel. Although he was late, I did receive communication from dispatch letting me know that he would be 5-7 minutes away. He arrived 12 minutes later.
