One-of-a-Kind Food Tasting — On our 3-hour tour of Downtown Gilbert we invite you to taste the best of the old and the new. Visit the restaurants that have become beloved Gilbert institutions as well as the new popular restaurants that have turned into instant local hot spots.
• On this tour, you will enjoy delicious craft pizza, a freshly baked dessert, decadent barbecue, authentic Mexican street tacos and house-made taffy, paired with a variety of cocktails. (We also take you down into a hidden speakeasy with a special code word!)
• When Wednesday, & Sunday at 3pm

The tour was great! Our tour guide was so animated, friendly and very knowledgeable. The tour had a fantastic variety of food to try and 3 different cocktails as well. Make sure to wear comfortable shoes and clothes. Well worth the time and money!!

Liberty Market was being remodeled so it wasn’t on the tour. There were only alcoholic drinks included at two of the four restaurants even though the description made it seem like you would get a paired drink and food at each place. Only the one fusion restaurant had staff come out to engage with the group to discuss the food and drink with us. It was something fun to do but I don’t think it was really focused on the food at all. The food was decent, not fantastic.

We appreciate your feedback and will review our description of the drinks offered. We have had to scale back on our alcoholic drinks offered on this tour due to folks driving home & liability. We currently offer 2 full strong drinks and homemade root beer at the BBQ place. We have struggled with getting the owners and mgrs out to speak more with the group after Covid, Most of them now are working hard filling in all the positions where they lack employees, but our tour guides now fill in descriptions of food and insight on the restaurant. We currently offer a restaurant that serves Neopolalian pizza instead of Liberty Market, BBQ , Mexican food at a top-rated Mexican restaurant, and Asian fusion and it has been one of our tastiest tours.

Loved this tour! So many different foods were showcased. Jessica was a great guide and really sold Gilbert as a great area with a fantastic food scene.
