It is an exciting tour of the past and present of downtown LA. Phil is a very knowledgeable, charismatic, and welcoming guide! The tour is very well structured and gives you a lot of interesting facts and stories. I would recommend this tour for architecture enthusiasts.

Not enough information about all the buildings we saw. Could improve so much!!
we saw many interesting buildings and the guide did not mentioned anything about them
Would be much better if we can visit more buildings in their inside
Too much time at the library. Almost boring
