We really enjoyed the food tour and learning about some of the history of LA and its buildings. There was a variety of different foods to taste and our host was very personable

Having done a few food tours on previous holidays we particularly chose the downtown LA one thinking that we would be learning lots of interesting facts & history along the way ...... although we can't fault the food we both came away feeling we could have spent the three hours more wisely in taking ourselves around the few sites that we saw ..... we didn't even get to see the Disney Concert Hall. It didn't feel like it flowed, maybe this was because the tour guide (although very enthusiastic) wasn't local & the facts were learnt more through research rather than local tales ? We were left at times hanging around waiting for food.

We hope to have more tours in the area soon (including Bunker Hill and Disney Concert Hall), but this tour is mainly the Historic Core. We love coordinating Private Tours that are often different routes from our Historic Core tour and would love to put together a Bunker Hill route for you and a group.
