We were looking for something to do to introduce us to Nashville and this was perfect! I think I speak for all of us 5 girlfriends when I say that this was a highlight of our trip. Christine was personable, friendly, and very very informative and accommodating. We started our trip at Acme Feed, where we had ribs. From there, we walked to get a view of the Nashville skyline and learned a lot about the city. Then off to a restaurant where we had hot chicken and a specially-made strawberry lemonade drink. There was live music and it was fun. Then we visited a candy shop, the historic Woolworth's where a major civil rights demonstration was held, and then to another restaurant/bar with live music and fried pickles and a sample of local beer. I cannot say enough about how professional and informative Christine was. I would definitely recommend this tour.

I recently visited Nashville with my sister for the first time. She arranged the little local flavor tour for us and it was just wonderful! Our tour guide was Kyle. He was excellent. Perfect fit for the tour guide as he's a Nashville native and really kn ows the history of the city! Everything about this tour was very well prepared and carried out. We had reservations at 5 local locations. Tables and food were all ready for us when we arrived. It was a great mixture of local foods with a walking tour of the city! Kyle gave a unique perspective on the history of the city and knew so many things. Really felt like we got an "insider" treat by having Kyle on our tour! I learned lot about the city and enjoyed some great food!

This is my 4th food tour, and this one was by far the most interesting, especially from a historical perspective. Our guide Kyle, shared the history of the food we tasted as well as the sites along the way. We learned about the 2010 flood, the building of the symphony hall, the design of the Country Music Hall of Fame, walked a couple of the alleyways and had shrimp and grits at the Woolworths, where the civil rights lunch counter protests took place in 1960.It was fascinating and the food was delicious as well. We eve saw a few murals and listened to some blues! This is a “must do” while in Nashville.
