This was an excellent tour. Christine was an excellent guide. We tasted local foods from multiple restaurants along with drinks at a couple of locations. The history provided on the tour was excellent. Probably the highlight was visiting the Woolworth lunch counter that was the site of sit-ins during civil rights movement. History, a beautiful building and a delicious pie. A great combination in my book. Well worth the tour. I would highly recommended.

David, thank you for your review! I am so glad that you enjoyed our tour and the history at the Woolworth on 5th. It is such an important part of the history of our country and our city, and I am honored to be able to tell the story of the brave men that protested in 1960. We hope to see you on one of our new tours in 2019!

We recently visited Nashville and this tour was highly recommended by a friend that had visited a week prior. Hands down a big highlight of our trip! Four stops at restaurants and along the way we heard great stories & some history of Nashville. Christine was great!! She was friendly, knowledgeable and lots of fun! And the Hot Chicken? WOW! We loved it! So much so that we went back for more! Fantastic!!!

My husband and I were in town for a friend’s wedding. Food tours are our way to see to the place we are visiting. Christine is very knowledge and great to get along with. We took the tour on a cold Nashville Saturday. Christine did not disappoint. The four stops were all good. The highlight of the tour for my husband and I was dessert at Woolworth on 5th. The Woolworth on 5th was part of national lunch counter sit in during the Civil Rights Era. Christine did an amazing job explaining the history of the Woolworth’s sit ins at national level. I highly recommend this tour, if you want to try local food and drinks. Learn about the history of Nashville and do not mind a walking tour.
