Our guide Christine did an outstanding job taking us to some great places to eat and drink. She was such a good guide, knowledgeable about Nashville food, history and culture. She truly loves this city. The food was excellent with generous portions, starting with smoked brisket sandwiches and ending in a blues bar with fried pickles and beer. I’ve had food tours in other cites and was the best yet.

I did this tour on an NFL game day, and Christine was very helpful by letting me know in advance about possible traffic and parking trouble, since I was coming from Knoxville. I had a great time listening to Christine's cheerful depiction of many historical events in Nashville, near and far. The tour was a great mix of emerging new foods and old traditions, music, and historical heritage of Nashville. Christine is a local, and she loves Nashville, and that transpires in her tour. I strongly encourage you to support her business!

This was my first walking tour and I'm glad we did it with Little Local Flavor. Our guide was personable and had an obvious love for the city and passion for food. Christine explained a lot of the history of the city, restaurants, disasters, music scene, etc. We sampled a good variety of foods from sandwiches to hot chicken, to peanut butter pie and ended with lamb. There were times I felt the food didn't come out as fast as it could have and one place with a closed kitchen but Christine was able to quickly find a replacement and that doesn't change my overall view of the tour. I would highly recommend this tour company.
