Wine tasting at one of the wonderful tasting rooms in El Paseo! During COVID-19 we visit 5-6 different tasting locations (food from 6-7 local spots), which also includes 1 wine tasting room and an alcoholic beverage l at another location. Tastings and tasting locations are subject to change.

Santa Barbara County Courthouse

Visit the outside of the Courthouse and if there is time, The Sunken Gardens

Arlington Theatre

Learn about the history the The Arlington Theatre. We do NOT go inside the theatre.

The Granada Theatre

We were so pleasantly surprised to be the only 2 people on yesterday's tour (especially after so many wine tour companies cancelled on us because they had a 4-person minimum). It speaks well to the company that they accommodated us even though they wouldn't maximize their profits with a more full group. Indeed, the customer service nature of this company shined through everywhere we went. We've been on many food tours all over the world (Italy, Spain, Portugal, New York, Sonoma, Seattle, etc.), and this was one of the best. There were reserved signs on tables and drinks and food waiting for us everywhere we went. The food was so plentiful (an entire noodle bowl from the local market, an entire pizza from an amazing wood-fired pizza place) and incredibly delicious. In less than 24 hours, we've already been back to 3 of the places! Without exception, all of the food was amazing; we also loved the two wine tastings (we loved Cebada!). The sommeliers and servers were all very gracious (proof that Taste Santa Barbara, has a great relationship with local restaurants), and a lovely chat with the owner of a yummy cheese shop ("C'est Cheese") was a highlight. Thanks to our tour guide, Kendall, who was super chill, welcoming, and friendly, and to this company for an unforgettable tour. I highly highly recommend this tour!!

I am a SB local and tried this tour. All I can say is AMAZING. It was fun, entertaining and I feel like I gained new knowledge of my hometown, tasted amazing food and made some new friends from other places (Vancouver, Georgia and Arizona). Our guide, Brittany, was a kick. She has energy and is so entertaining. I highly recommend this for tourists and locals.

Strolling downtown Santa Barbara with delicious treats all along the way - I say YES!!! We had a fantastic guide providing us with just the right amount of history and frivolity. A perfect way to spend an afternoon. All the vendors were welcoming and accommodating and the food was DELICIOUS! As a food tour junkie - I totally recommend Taste Santa Barbara!
