We've lived in Santa Barbara for 29 years, so I was surprised at how much I learned. I've read a lot about the history of Santa Barbara, but almost every piece of local information that Evan and Victoria shared with us was new to me! Also, I'd only visited about 1/4 of the food and drink stops that we made prior to the tour, so I was very happy to learn about some new favorite places to go on my own, or to share with visiting family and friends. Several of the food vendors also had very interesting information to share about their offerings (history, process, etc.), and for those stops where the restaurant owner or staff wasn't available to talk to us, Evan always had some engaging background about the food to tell us as we ate. Even though the tour is 3 hours, the stops break up the walking, so shouldn't be a problem for most people. Also, Evan keeps you laughing, so even should your feet start to hurt, you won't notice. Lots of fun, and you leave comfortably full, but not overstuffed!

I don't have enough great things to say about this tour! It is a MUST-DO if you're visiting Santa Barbara...or, heck, even if you live there! Evan and her team are incredibly knowledgeable about the city of Santa Barbara and made the entire tour a fun, tasty, learning experience. The TSBFT team takes you around the city (which is extremely walkable and cute) and introduces you to different restaurants and cuisines (that are popular local hot spots) all while giving you interesting trivia facts about SB. My favorite part was that, despite stopping in so many different places, we didn't leave the food tour uncomfortably full. We left feeling so great and with big smiles on our faces! Our group was filled with people of all ages and backgrounds and we all got along really well. I can't wait to take this tour again when I head back to Santa Barbara in the future to see what new places they add to the list! Thank you so much Evan & team for making this an incredible experience!

The guide was very knowledgeable. Small but fun group. Went to places I have never been to on my many trips to Santa Barbara. Every place was outstanding. Glad we were walking because it was a lot of food. Worth every penny.
