Evan and her team were very attentive, making sure that each of us felt included in the tour. We would recommend to others.

This is my story of SBFT... I am proud to be a member of the Santa Barbara Wine Industry and at one of our(on average) once a month Industry parties, I won a gift basket that included a SBFT gift certificate. Loving all things food related, I was beyond thrilled. I invited a special someone to be my guest and scheduled the tour. Once I found out that we(being locals) had already been to over half of the 9 places on the list, I was concerned that we wouldn't enjoy it. Been there, done that, right? Holy cow, was I wrong. Oh, where to begin?! The places we had already been to were seen in a whole new and exciting light because of all of the history and fun facts we learned about them. The same went for my beloved SB. It seemed as though I was getting to know it in a whole new light due to everything new I was experiencing and taking in. We met 4 "strangers" that day and by the end, they were new friends. Not to mention our tour guide who was one of the most charismatic and charming people I've had the pleasure of meeting. I had figured it was probably only really good for tourists/visitors, and came out of it with a totally different perspective. I had thought that 3.5 hours wasn't enough time to experience all of those places, and yet, by the end I was blown away by how much amazingness was packed into that time period and it's wonderful because it doesn't take up your whole day! Oh, where to end?! I will definitely be encouraging my fellow Santa Barbarians to go on(or take their visitors on) a SBFT. They will love it!

I love food, friends, and Santa Barbara. There's no better way to enjoy all three than to go on this tour. I am a local and I went on this tour with my friend from out of town. We had a great time! We went to some of my favorite restaurants, and I learned about a few places I'd never been. (So, now I have some new favorites.) All the food was excellent. Finished the tour with my tastebuds and my tummy well satisfied. It was also a great way to see downtown Santa Barbara too. Evan does a great job leading this tour and bringing together a diverse group of people. She's fun and funny! Everyone had a great time. Evan taught us some interesting Santa Barbara history along the way. Even this local girl learned some new things. All in all, it was a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this tour to both locals and those visiting Santa Barbara. Bon Appetit!
