Wine tasting at one of the wonderful tasting rooms in El Paseo! During COVID-19 we visit 5-6 different tasting locations (food from 6-7 local spots), which also includes 1 wine tasting room and an alcoholic beverage l at another location. Tastings and tasting locations are subject to change.

Santa Barbara County Courthouse

Visit the outside of the Courthouse and if there is time, The Sunken Gardens

Arlington Theatre

Learn about the history the The Arlington Theatre. We do NOT go inside the theatre.

The Granada Theatre

Learn about the history of The Granada Theatre. We do NOT go into the theatre.

The Historic La Arcada Courtyard

See and sometimes walk through the Plaza designed by famous Architect Myron Hunt.

Casa de la Guerra

If there is time, hear some interesting history about Casa De La Guerra and possibly De La Guerra Plaza

My husband and I had a magnificent time on this tour. Our tour guide was Nancy and she was so much fun. It wasn't just her love and knowledge of Santa Barbara and it's history, it was her genuine personality. Nancy really enjoys helping people discover Santa Barbara Downtown and watching people try different wines and food for the first time. She made us so comfortable that we felt like we've known her for year and we probably shared too much :). We came on the tour hungry and left very full. Trust us; don't leave Santa Barbara without experiencing the Taste Santa Barbara Food Tour.

We had the best time on the food tour!! Our guides, Nancy and Georgia, kept us laughing throughout the 3.5 hours, and we learned a ton about Santa Barbara even though we’ve lived here for years. Oh yeah, and we had delicious food! It’s amazing how they have perfected the amount, kind, and timing of the food. It was a great production! We went as a semi-team building activity for a subset of my company, and it was a perfect outing to do with coworkers!

The guide, Georgia, was fun and knowledgeable. We appreciate all the pictures she took for us. The food/drink places were great especially the wine tasting and ice-cream stops.
