The stage is set in a hidden venue. Five professional actors meet as members of The Drunk Shakespeare Society. One of them has 5 shots of whiskey and then attempts to perform a major role in a Shakespearean play. Hilarity and mayhem ensue while the four sober actors try and keep the script on track. Every show is different depending on who is drinking... and what they're drinking!

Craft cocktails and food are served throughout the show. Running time is 90 minutes with no intermission. Drunk Shakespeare is on a limited run so get your tickets today! Entry is strictly 21+, photo ID and proof of COVID vaccination is required at the door.

Went to see this with my family and genuinely had a great time. To be honest, I was dreading coming to this show because I don’t really understand Shakespeare. However through the powers of alcohol, improv, and many other reasons, this show really was a hit. The cast interacts with you throughout the show, you can order drinks throughout the show, and the actors were very funny. Highly recommend!

Found Drunk Shakespeare by looking for “off the beaten path” things to do in NYC. This was worth it! It’s a small venue so honestly the seats don’t matter. 10/10 would do again and would absolutely recommend.

I bought the King/Queen’s package for my girlfriend’s birthday and it was amazing! The actors are fantastic people and the staff was very accommodating. The jokes can be quite raunchy, but honestly that was the intent when Shakespeare first wrote his plays. An amazing way to view the works of the bard. The entire package was 100% worth it.
