We booked our whole vacation in a week, due to the need to cancel a vacation to TX and looking for a vacation that would have several outdoor options. I emailed Mountain Waters Rafting with questions before booking anything and got a fast response which was greatly appreciated. We ended up booking the Raft and Train package and were very pleased with the whole day. The shuttle to the river was good. Our guide, Cheddar, was amazing! He kept the trip fun and was ready to accommodate us in any way he could. In the middle of COVID, I feel like they took great care in keeping everyone safe. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone traveling to Durango on vacation.

We were able to keep our large group of 21 people together in 4 boats, and everyone said all the guides were excellent. The kids are now ready to step up to larger rapids. Thanks to Zac, Jesse, Marcus and Rachel!

The 2-hour raft trip was the perfect amount of time and adventure for our family (kids ages range 5-17 yrs old). Our rafting guide Spencer was awesome - very friendly/funny and very knowledgeable about navigating the river. This along with the beautiful Durango scenery made this an experience of a lifetime for my family.
