Our travel guide was Bo. He made this rafting trip so much fun! We were able to jump in the water. The water in the river is around 58° F so it is pretty cold. When you first get in the water it takes your breath away. Grandma fell off the raft. She lost her glasses, one shoe and the paddle. (The glasses are still in the river but we recovered everything else.) Overall it was an awesome experience!

I'm glad to read that Grandma's "out of boating" experience is being described as outstanding and an awesome experience. It usually just goes one of two ways with nothing in between: really fun or really not fun being out of the raft! Thank you so much for the review!

Great experience with a team who clearly cared about their customers. The team took steps to be mindful of Covid even when social distancing is a little tough. Dillon was a great guide and made it fun at every turn. He loves the water and is constantly trying to read the next rock for a smooth, fun, and safe trip.

Thank you for mentioning our Covid conscious efforts, its been a great success limiting people in our office and on the bus while wearing masks and then being able to go mask free on the rafts as recommended by the governor's guidance.
Natural free flowing rivers like the Animas River in Durango have their high flows and their low flows over the course of the summer and we make sure to talk to our guests about the current flow at check in, on the bus to the river as well as posting it. Keeps us all on our toes! Glad you had a great experience, thank you for the review!
