This is a walking tour. While there are stops along the way, guests should be able to walk at a moderate pace without difficulty.
You are required to go through airport-style security on this tour. No luggage, weapons, or food (except for water in a clear container) is allowed. Confiscated items will not be returned.

Dan is great! Ask for Dan! It was an early morning, but I realized it wasn't too bad. When we arrived to the Statue of Liberty, others were lined-up to board the departing ferry. We were able to understand much better the history of Lady Liberty the model, the mfg process, money challenges, etc. The views of the NYC skyline were great. Ellis Island was an eye-opening experience and we found an ancestor on a passenger manifest! Plan a little ahead and come with a few names that you want to research.

I really enjoyed this tour. It took about 4 hours all together so it was well worth getting the first boat out as I had the rest of the day to myself after. Alvaro are guide was full of information. Great guy, and a pleasure to be on his guided tour
