First of all, we are very happy you found the girl at check in to be great, but also very disappointed you could not say the same about the guide. We always suggest our guides find a comfortable spot for their explanations, and apologise if it was not the case on the day of your tour. We are also sorry to hear there was not enough time to go to the Museum, as that should not be the case, so I will make sure to investigate the matter closely, to make sure it does not happen again.
