Overview

Enjoy a one and a half hour South Padre Island Dolphin Watch aboard the newly renovated Murphy's Law and see Atlantic Bottle-nose Dolphins in their natural habitat. During the Eco Tour/Dolphin Watch, you will also have the opportunity to see local and migratory birds and various sea life. The guided tour will also include the southernmost U.S. Coast Guard Station, Boca Chica Beach, the current location of Space X, and the South Padre Island Jetties...entryway to the Brownsville Ship Channel where one of the largest Shrimp Fleet calls home.

Currently, there are no mask mandates or capacity limitations in place. You are welcome to wear a mask, but they are not required. We do make a practice of sanitizing the boat between trips, and our Captain and Crew frequently wash their hands.

Captain Murphy was great! We saw a lot of dolphins and learned quite a bit about these wonderful animals. It was a quite windy day so we didn’t get a chance to experience the marine life friendly net. Even without this, it was well worth the price!!

Captain Michael and Jennifer were great. He kept a watch out for dolphins and was very interactive with them. We had one swimming along the bow of the boat, it was so cool. Jen was very informative on the sea life and what came up in the net. I would highly recommend this tour. The price was great for a 90 minute ride. We didn’t get out into the gulf because of rough seas, it really didn’t matter though.

Would highly recommend this. Captain Mike and Jen were super nice and very chill, and we had a great time! Also, we lucked out and saw a bunch of dolphins and got a puffer fish in the net drag. Lovely experience for those of all ages.
