Unbelievable experience. The view was unreal. Great place to enjoy a cocktail and the views. Allow for at least an hour-you won't want to leave! Yes, there are a lot of people, but if you are patient, people eventually give you your space to take your own photos. Any age would love this experience.

Tallest outdoor observation deck in Manhattan with breathtaking views (went on a clear day) and observations not for the feint hearted (floor window and angled perimeter glass to allow a view directly down from 100+ floors). If that's not exhilarating enough, go for the wall climb (which is done higher up). Possible to observe indoors.
