We had an absolutely perfect day of exploring Cape Ann on the incredibly comfy electric bikes we rented. It was one of the best consumer experiences my husband and I have ever had - very reasonable rental rate, gracious and communicative service throughout, bikes that were in excellent condition and easy to operate. And Cathy, the owner/operator was the icing on the cake. She let us try out as many bikes as we wanted before we settled on ours for the day; she was available to meet us when we wanted; she was informative and encouraging about really "using" the bikes ... she prioritized our pleasure and comfort throughout. I've traveled around Cape Ann all my life, but the experience of the electric bike led me up and down roads I never would have attempted on a regular bike or even explored by car. I newly discovered the area. What a joy! We loved every minute.

We had a wonderful time visiting the Cape Ann area, riding around on CAEB's bikes! We had never ridden electric-assist bikes before, and it was a blast! The owner Kathy gave detailed instructions on how to ride an electric bike, and tips on where to travel in the area. She made sure we were comfortable on the bikes with a demo ride before we took off. CAEB has great customer service and great bikes. The hills of Cape Ann are perfect for an electric-assist bike -- highly recommended!
