Our leisurely scenic tour on an E-bike will be the most exciting highlight of your visit to Charleston. Local tour guides share Charleston's beautiful hidden gems and give unprecedented access to Charleston's beautiful neighborhoods, parks, boardwalks. Riders will cruise along neighborhoods lined with live oak trees and spanish moss and pass by beautiful southern estate homes, marshlands, boardwalks, shrimp boats and dolphin sitings are common. You will effortlessly see more in 2 hours on an E-bike than you would in a weekend on foot. E-bikes are perfect for riders of all ages and they can go anywhere. We'll show you the best places that you would've missed and share the local happenings and recommendations!

What To Expect

Pitt Street Bridge

This is an old bridge turned into a lovely park. From here you can easily see Fort Sumpter, Rebellion Roads, Oyster Beds, and Coastal Fauna.

Shem Creek Park

Riders will see shrimp boats, shem creek, occasional dolphin & manatees.

Sullivan's Island

Sullivan's island is a small beach community with wonderful shops and it's Charleston's closest beach. The Bike Path there will be a highlight of the route as riders will be surrounded by marsh on their left and the harbor on their right.

Fort Moultrie

This historic military base fortified Charleston from 1776-1947

Sullivan's Island Lighthouse

Unfortunately we were not able to take our e-bike tour because there was no bicycle to accommodate people of short stature. My friend is under five feet and couldn’t reach the ground or mount the bike. The employees were helpful and friendly however and said they would refund our payment. Our guide was super nice and provided information about the route we would have taken and sites we would have seen so we could go experience them on our own. It would have been helpful if the website provided the height limitations so we would have known not to book it or waste our time going there.

Hello, We are sad we couldn't get you out there on the tour, we are sure you would have had a great time. We are sorry about the size of the ebikes. Rebellion Roads tries not to limit the riders heights because some shorter riders are comfortable, but sadly many are not. We went ahead and issued a full refund. We will reach out to Viator about the 5 foot or shorter riders and ask that those riders give us a call to get more information from them because we would we hate to exclude all riders shorter than 5 feet. Thank you for considering us for your adventure.

The experience was a blast. Thomas our guide was awesome as he is a historian and native to the area and was able to provide an awesome tour and insight to the various area we explored. The bikes were a so much fun to ride as now I want to buy an ebike.
