Overview

Traveling by electric bike is an incredibly fun and safe way to cover a lot of ground and take in some stunning views at the same time. While we do ask our guests to pedal, it is the electric bike that does most of the work. This allows us to soak up the beautiful scenery around us. We will also be visiting some areas that most tourist are not familiar with. And of course, we will learn a bit about Bend and the Deschutes River along the way!

What To Expect

Deschutes River

Imagine taking in the stunning views of Bend and the Deschutes River with snow-capped mountains in the background - all while pedaling effortlessly on a quality electric bike. We will hit some incredibly scenic spots while staying on multi-use paths so cars will not be present. We will learn a bit about the town, the river and the Old Mill area while casually exploring on e-bikes and hopefully encounter some river otter and other such wildlife. This will be an intimate group (limit 4 people) so that we can maximize our time in these incredible surroundings. At some point during the tour, we will stop along the river and relax while enjoying a tasty snack and beverage of your choice.

This bike tour was awesome! The electric bikes were wicked easy to ride and really fun. The route was beautiful and predominantly away from roads etc. Scott was our tour guide and he was terrific! My wife and I had a blast and would highly recommend.

Scott was communicative and went above and beyond to make sure that my tour went smoothly. You get the greatest hits and the local gems all along the Deschutes River. The bikes were well maintained and super easy to manage. If you feel comfortable on a bike, you will enjoy this excursion, you don’t need to be a biking or exercise buff. Our host, Scott was knowledgeable and provided instructions, beverages and history while guiding us through trails consisting of pavement and dirt along the river with majestic views. With no prior e bike experience it only took a couple minutes to ride in comfort. Met in quiet residential neighborhood nearby the trail- easy to find. Tour operator Scott is great, and beer is a drink option at the rest portion of the tour. Would definitely go again!
