What To Expect

Big Talbot Island State Park

During this tour, we ride down 7 mile’s of Amelia Islands designated bike path, over the George Crady Bridge, and into Big Talbot Island where we do a little trail riding down to the beach for a ride along the sand. The power of the bike makes the our trek through the sand easy-breezy. This tour provides a taste of Amelia Islands’ natural beauty and wildlife as we bike through moss-laden live oaks, along natural waterways, and on coastal paths. On the way back, riders have the option to stop at the Shops of Amelia Island for some refreshments prior to returning to the Pedego Store. *Optional stop subject to bike availability

Excellent guide. Excellent pace. Great bikes. Will def come back to purchase. The water was supplied and they had helmets as well.

First time for my wife and I for riding an electric bike. Steve O'Connor was absolutely fantastic in assisting and advising us for our two hour rental. He was spot on for everything. Thank goodness he was here to serve us. We biked from the shop to Peters Point then all the way down the island to the point and back up A1A bike path back to the shop. It was awesome! Amelia is a great place to bike anyway and the e-bike experience allowed us to cover so much more ground. We will rent again and already taking with friends to join us for a ride. Pedego Amelia is the best! Highly recommend you taking advantage of riding the beach on a Pedego!

Super fun! Rode all the way to the fort on the beach. Stopped and had lunch at Sliders. Great day!! One of the top must do on the Island!
