The electric bike rental process was quick and easy. The bike was great, and made my trip around Central Park possible. My son brought his skateboard and the bike easily pulled both of us. Four hours later, I only used about half the battery. Returning the bike was the smoothest process and only took about 30 seconds. The rental location was ideal, and super close to Central Park. I would rent from them again in a heartbeat!
