Overview

Weight limits apply: Maximum per-passenger weight is 250lbs. Maximum weight of all passengers combined must not exceed 500lbs.

Passenger weights must be accurately provided at time of booking. Groups reaching a combined weight of 500 lbs will be subject to a weight check upon arrival for their flight. Any individual weighing 300 lbs or more will not be permitted to fly per the limitations of the aircraft. Any cancellation of a planned flight due to weights exceeding the maximum allowable aircraft weight (individual or combined) will be charged at full price.

Showcasing beautiful Fallen Leaf lake, Cascade Lake, Taylor Creek, and Pope Beach, this tour heads to breathtaking Emerald Bay. Surrounded by granite cathedrals and fed by Eagle falls, the lake's only true bay is named for its emerald green waters.

What To Expect

Emerald Bay State Park

Head to the Lake Tahoe Airport where parking is free in the upper lot. Enter the terminal building to find our office on the left inside the main lobby. After meeting your pilot, take part in a short safety briefing prior to heading out to the ramp to board your aircraft.

Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

We exceeded the weight limit, only contacted 2 hours before our trip. And since I booked over a week ahead I would have preferred to know before the day of. Sadly will have to rain check for another day, motivation to get healthy I guess! So 500lbs is the weight limit and we were just over between the two of us! So beware of the limit since we didn’t find the information earlier! Sad birthday adventure not being able to go.

Please accept our apologies, we make every attempt possible to avoid this situation. Upon reviewing the flight manifest for the day it was discovered a booking exceeding our limitations was accepted by your preferred booking site. The weight restriction information is surfaced at least 2 times prominently throughout the process, including at the time a customer enters their weights. We apologize for any difficulties encountered as a result of this oversight; the restrictions are paramount to the safety of the participants, pilot, and everyone on the ground.

They delayed and changed my tour several times. And we are not happy about it. Our tour was for Monday they changed to Tuesday and then they changed to Wednesday. We are not yet sure if even Wednesday would happen or not because they cancelled our tour in the past too.

Please understand, management's decision to offer a refund on Monday was related to maintenance-- which management takes very seriously. You indicated you were flexible and wanted to wait. We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused. Management considers the safety of guests and pilots alike to be paramount and will always err on the side of safety. Since your tour did in fact take place on Wednesday, it would be great to see an update to your experience.

It was short trip but our pilot made us feel safe and wanting to go for a longer trip next time . We all enjoyed it .
