I was going to give this a 2 star review because kayaking is nice, but had to downgrade to 1 star for aloofness, rudeness, and negligence. Prior to the tour, Zoltan gave advice that t-shirts and pants only were necessary. Would have froze to death in the morning if we didn't bring various layers. Really had to press him and still got vague info. Overheard him making fun of a guest who didn't know what to expect, since they booked the tour. I think they forgot that most guests are from our of town, this is Vegas, and guests generally don't know what to expect on the hoover dam. They ignored multiple requests to have the sandwiches free of dairy due to allergies. There was cheese and cream cheese, which is scary. Zoltan said to take out the cheese earlier in the morning, while the guide said he doesn't make the sandwiches. Our guide was a bit negligent: Stated we were first time kayakers. He didn't set up our rudder and we spent 4 hours zigzagging until I figured it out. He was constantly 100 yards ahead of us. Its not an issue if safety isn't a priority here. To be fair, our friends were 100 yards up with him but mainly because there were trying to keep up. However I thought we were could take our time. He spent a significant amount of time talking to other guides and kayakers. Hope they got our money's worth. Meanwhile, there was little information conveyed to us while we kayaked When resuming kayaking after breaks, he took off in his kayak and was 50 yards out before we got in our kayak Our tour was for a full day, 8-9hours, done around 4-5pm. But we were rushed to finish the 12-14 mile kayaking by 2pm, not sure why. TL;DR Not worth the $200+ per person for us. Would love some money back. Else would love to save others their money.

Equipment in good condition but above all a very nice care by the manager on site. The site is beautiful🤩 The water is green as in the pictures but the caves are very small😊, which does not make less beautiful
