A total experience and a must-do for anyone in New York! From the moment we stepped into Ai's incredible home, we were blown away. Her loft is absolutely stunning with lots of plants and artistic trinkets. Ai talked us through her menu, explaining why she chooses each ingredient and how she even has a rooftop garden! Then the food came out - each course was better than the one before! A true fine dining experience with seasonal seafood and local produce. Ai even hand makes all the plates her dishes are served on. A totally unique experience and much more authentic and immersive than any Michelin star restaurant. Without exaggeration, this was one of the best dinners I've ever had. Will definitely be back again!
