This is a review for trip advisor (Viator) and unfortunately Starlite Cruises. We were not able to be at this destination on Tuesday Feb 12 for the 5pm dinner cruise. We called to cancel on Sunday the 10th during breakfast. The Customer Service woman was very rude and short with me. She told me she will cancel our reservation, but could not issue a refund. She gave me the phone number to Viator ( who we paid through trip advisor). I called and the very short voice message indicated they were not open today (Sunday).
We called back on Monday morning at 9am (32 hours before our scheduled departure time). We were told that unfortunately we hadn't called in time to cancel. I asked about the advertised 24 hour cancellation policy and was told that it was 48 hours.
The $45 or whatever it was is not a big deal to us, as the two of us spent that on breakfast that day. The policy however should be advertised correctly and the customer service was horrendous.
