Step back in time and explore the historic Smallwoods Store Museum. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the museum stands frozen in time, a window to a bygone era when the store was the islands trading post and island life revolved around the activities here.

Fakahatchee Strand Preserve State Park

Nature Walk through a grove of ancient cypress trees out to a "gator hole" where female alligators have been nesting for decades.

This is now the third tour we have taken with Viator and were again blown away by the passion and knowledge of our guide and the content and pace of the day spent in the Everglades. The tour was packed full of interest and adventure. The small number in our group 8 was perfect to take full advantage of the day. I would recommend Viator to anyone who is interested in learning more whilst on a break. Superb value for money.
