Our guide, Zac, was wonderful! He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We kept to a schedule without feeling rushed. I throughly enjoyed the day. We saw many birds that I hadn’t seen before due to Zak’s keen eyes and knowledge. I highly recommend this trip.

We had a great 1/2 day trip with Marc as our driver. He picked us up from our hotel and drove us out to the Everglades. We had to stop at two other hotels to pick up other guests, the whole time Marc was telling us about Fort Lauderdale and the Everglades. He was funny and kept the group engaged. We are still big on the safety of COVID protocols and this tour company certainly kept us safe. Made sure everyone was wearing masks in the vans and when going indoors. When we arrived at the airboat location Marc started by taking us on a tour of the grounds. He pointed out turtles, snakes, alligators, baby alligators, bugs and many plants and flowers. We then joined the group airboat that took about 20 of us on a 40 minute ride. The captain found us some wildlife and one gator. When we returned we saw their animal show where they showed us a snake and interacted with the gators, feeding them and gave people a photo opportunity. We had plenty of time to use the restrooms and gift shop. Again on the way back Marc talked about the Everglades and water and nature conservation. We left our hotel at 8:30 and returned around 2:00. Good for trip for families with bigger kids, need lots of patience for transportation. Takes about 30-45 minutes from Fort Lauderdale to the airboat.

Heidi was an excellent guide. Our trip was 1/2 day- an hour van ride where she shared lots of interesting information about FL. The next hour was on the airboat - again she was a great guide, pointing out and naming hundreds of birds. Saw turtles and alligators (land and the lake). Airboat ride was great. Afterwards she brought out her pet snake for us to hold, as well as a small alligator. It was a wonderful day - we all enjoyed it.
