All of it, especially the boat trips, the last being amazing as we saw Manatees & dolphins, plus rare pink spoonbills!

We booked the tour online. It was a full day. Marc (our guide) was very friendly and super knowledgeable. fortunately we were early, as the Viator booking had our arrival time to be at 7:45 but when we arrived at 7:15, Marc was just pulling up. His paperwork had us to be there around 7:20 for pickup. If I had gone just by the Viator booking, we may have missed it. The airboat tour was my least favorite part. I would have enjoyed it more if we were going through more of the Everglades and not what seemed to be scripted oh look there, a nest with an alligator nose sticking up. Seemed more of a Disney ride than real. Not saying it wasn't but it didn't have an authentic feel. The rest of the eco tour with Marc was great! We also enjoyed the pontoon boat in a different part of the Everglades. We saw a few dolphins in the Glades which was awesome. Didn't realize prior to this eco tour that the Glades are less than 6 feet deep in most places!

Hi Roberta, We are so glad you enjoyed the tour and your Guide Marc. He does a fantastic job and I appreciate you recognizing that. Our tour begins at 7:45am but we offer pickups on Fort Lauderdale Beach starting at 7:20am. I do see we sent you notification of your 7:20am pickup. The portion of the tour that you take exception to takes place in the "River of Grass" portion of Everglades National Park. This is perhaps the most authentic and representative ecosystem within the entire Everglades. It is a seemingly endless wet prairie of sawgrass, or glades, which can only easily be visited by airboat. The opportunity to visit an alligator nesting site is rare and you are quite fortunate to have witnessed it! Thank you for your feedback and what sounds like a great day.

My husband and I had a fabulous day on the Everglades Day Trip from Fort Lauderdale. Marc was an amazing guide. He was passionate about and knowledgeable. He could answer any questions. Marc went out of his way to make sure his guests had everything they needed. We highly recommend this adventure and look forward to going on the tour again. My tips would be to bring a hat that will stay on during a boat ride, sun glasses, wear comfortable shoes, and sun screen.
